B Corp certification is awarded by B Lab — an independent nonprofit organization that assesses companies worldwide on five key themes: governance, employees, society, environment, and customers. Only companies that complete the B Impact Assessment, meet their legal obligations, and operate transparently can call themselves B Corps.
